Pre-Worlds Report
OUCH Pro Cycling fans,
I’m proud to announce that Sarah’s World Championship preparations have been going... Fantastic! Sarah has been putting in some unbelievable hard work and we have seen some recent personal best performances, which can be unheard of considering Sarah’s current training load.
The big day of the year will be coming soon and we will be departing for the Spanish island of Mallorca on March 15th. Upon arrival Sarah will have approximately 13 days to adjust to the 9 hour time change and get ready for THE battle of the year. Sarah is both excited and nervous for the big day, but as her coach I can tell you one thing for certain – she is ready!

Please stay tuned as I will attempt to provide updates to how the final preparations are going once we touch down in Spain. The island has a very similar climate to Southern California with temps in the range of 65-75 degrees which should make for an easy transition. Super-fans that can’t wait for next-day results can follow the action real-time at http://www.fixedgearfever.com/ – racing starts the 29th.
